“Beren construction and automation” LLC., was established in 2000 as a subsidiary company of Beren Group and acted as the developer and general contractor of a project on building the complex metal processing plants under the Group. Starting from 2006, the investments into civil construction industry had been expanded and since then, the company within the program on the “Redevelopment of ger areas of Ulaanbaatar city into housing districts”, had elaborated and is implementing the projects on introducing the new construction materials and technologies as well as the construction projects, with an objective of redeveloping the downtown ger areas of Capital city into modern housing districts, meeting the world’s standards, connected to central utilities lines and furnished with green gardens.

Within these objectives on building the new housing districts, the company had already started the construction of housing blocks with the total space of 44,400 square meters and completion rate of 20-80% and made investments worth of 8.0 million US dollars. Furthermore, we are building the house for 116 units with the budget of 4.5 million US dollars, which will be used for temporary transfer of inhabitants of ger areas.
