“Beren Land Development” LLC., was established in 2008 as the subsidiary of Beren Group.

The company is engaged in the acquisition of privatized land and the land with the ownership right and involving them in urban development planning; sales of housing units on the market; making preparations for conducting the construction works; sales of apartments after their completion, as well as compiling the documentation for real estates.

The company had concluded the cooperation agreement with administration of Ulaanbaatar city and German Technical Cooperation organization GTZ, which is implementing the project on building the environmentally friendly district, in accordance with agreement between the Governments of Germany and Mongolia. According to this agreement, we are taking charge of the financing, construction and sales of houses, built under the “Berlin Eco district” project on the territory of Khan Uul district of Ulaanbaatar city. While working on this project, we are learning and receiving the knowledge and technologies on the construction of German standard houses from our German partners.

As of today, the company invested the amount of 0.5 million US Dollars on “Berlin Eco Town” project and the amount of 4.0 million US Dollars on the implementation of a General plan for VII and XIV microdistricts. Within the “Berlin Eco Town” project, we are building the 5 rows of private houses and in the case of VII and XIV microdistricts, have freed the 7.15 hectares of land, completed the construction drawings for apartments and service premises with total area of 180,000 square meters and the actual construction and sales activities are in progress.
