Construction and real estate business.

Since 2006, we have been engaged in construction, land redevelopment and real estate fields, with an objective to redevelop within the “40,000 housing units” program of Mongolian Government, the existing ger areas located in the central parts of Capital city into modern housing districts meeting world’s standards, and connected to central utilities lines and equipped with water surfaces, and green gardens.

Within these activities and in order to start the redevelopment of 7^th and 14^th microdistricts of Ulaanbaatar city by means of housing construction, we have already launched activities on the freeing of land under ownership of individuals by commercial means.

Furthermore, in order to make the completed housing units as much affordable as possible, we are working on the establishment of mortgage system and making available the financial resources with longer term and lower interests.
